We're looking for talent to fill two different positions:
1. Inside Sales Agent
2. Real Estate Agent
Check out this quick list that describes the position for each and what you can expect by joining The Lawrence Group.

Inside Sales Agent: Traditionally referred to as telemarketers, ISAs are responsible for prospecting new leads, servicing inbound leads from sign calls and other internet sources, and converting these leads to appointments for the team's real estate agents. 
Pay = Base salary plus commission
Real Estate Agent: Responsible for meeting buyers and/or sellers in person and converting them to a client by providing a high level of professionalism, knowledge, customer service, and education on the market and the process of buying and/or selling. 
Pay = 100% commission

Isa:
  • Making a high volume of outbound calls, text, and emails each day to qualify leads
  • Responding to incoming inquires
  • Following our prospecting scripts to capture and qualify the most amount of leads
  • Present our company benefits so they see and understand the value of working with The Lawrence Group
  • Nurture long term prospects to create long term opportunities for fellow team members
  • Update all info and conversations for each client/prospect in our database in order to create the highest level of service and best experience for every person you contact
  • Strong skills in follow-up
  • Schedule appointments and follow up with the client to ensure the prospects are prepped and show for the appointment 
  • Represent the company in a positive manner on all occasions
  • Participate in ongoing training and development

Real Estate Agent: 
  • Lead generate for new business (open houses, internet leads, sphere of influence, etc)
  • Learning scripts and presentations 
  • Become knowledgeable with the market, neighborhoods, and your numbers to hit... in order to reach your goals
  • Show properties
  • Write and negotiate contracts
  • Attend training, weekly accountability meetings, and webinars to enhance skills and constantly improve
  • Build trust and create relationships
  • Update all info and conversations for each client/prospect in the database, in order to create the highest level of service and best experience for every person you communicate with
  • Represent the company in a positive manner on all occasions
  • Strong skills in follow-up
